The Specialized Lease Options Program (SLOP) is not an investment opportunity for members. It is a community-focused initiative managed by Strawberry Capital Properties, LLC, designed to generate cash flow for the platform while helping buyers and sellers access affordable housing options. Participation in SLOP does not entitle members to investment returns, ownership stakes, or profit-sharing from real estate activities.
As more members join and use these strategies, the only limits are the liquidity within the pools themselves. Collateral ratios are managed transparently, and liquidity can be adjusted as needed. Participation is always voluntary, and everyone should do their own research and use crypto responsibly.

Specialized Lease Options Program (SLOP): Real-World Community Impact
Our SLOP initiative uses platform-generated cash flow to make homeownership more accessible for any citizen of the USA. As we grow and become more knowledgeable about the laws in other countries, this program may be extended to those who wish to participate internationally.
- Platform revenues are used to purchase homes for SLOP.
- Members can lease with an option to buy, building equity over time through option credits that are tallied every 5 years, decreasing the purchase price—no banks or speculative risk required.
- Lease payments are locked in with automatic renewals yearly, as long as the agreement is upheld. Payments may increase only if property taxes skyrocket, which is why property tax education is a core part of our mission.
- Unfair and unethical property tax abuses affect everyone with a roof over their head—including renters and commercial property owners. Shiburnit Club’s education draws on trusted third-party sources already working to combat this problem, empowering our members to get involved or at least spread awareness.
- Property tax knowledge is essential for everyone because it impacts affordability and stability for the entire housing and commercial property markets. These inflationary tactics are passed on to anyone within the housing market.
